How to Use Generated Scripts

1. Install Python: If you don't have Python, download and install it from python.org. Ensure "Add Python to PATH" is checked during installation.
2. Install pynput package: Open your terminal (Command Prompt, PowerShell, or Terminal on Mac/Linux) and type: pip install pynput. If pip isn't found, try: python -m pip install pynput or py -m pip install pynput.
   Note for macOS: You may need to grant Accessibility permissions to your terminal/Python.
   Note for Linux: You might need to install python3-tk and python3-dev (e.g. sudo apt-get install python3-tk python3-dev).
3. Save the Script: Use the "Download Python Script" button on this page to save the generated .py file.
4. Run the Script:
   1. (Optional) Review the Script: Open the downloaded .py file in a text editor to inspect the code.
   2. Open Terminal: Launch your command line interface.
   3. Navigate to Directory: Use the cd command to go to the folder where you saved the script (e.g., cd Downloads).
   4. Execute Script: Run the script using python your_script_name.py (replace with the actual file name).
   5. Activate Target Window: Click on the application window where you want the actions to occur to bring it into focus. The script will then listen for your defined 'Start Key'.
5. Important: To stop the script and its listener, press your defined 'Stop Key'. You might need to focus the terminal window running the script for the stop key to register.
